Registered Agent

You can anticipate all states requiring that if you’re going to open up a new entity, you will need a Registered Agent in that state.  We currently have an office available in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and soon Delaware. A Registered Agent will:

  1. Receive important legal and tax documents on behalf of your business.
  2. Will accept Service of Process (SOP) on behalf of your company, scan it into our system and make it available to you on-line.
  3. Scan the documents and record them in your files and make them available to you.
  4. Ship the Service of Process (SOP) to you with overnight delivery.

The Registered Agent must have a physical address and not just a P.O. box in the state they’re to become registered in.

Types of entities include Corporations, Limited Liability Companies (LLC), Limited Partnerships (LP) and Limited Liability Partnerships (LLP) and must be available for you to access during normal business hours.
