D. Brian Plunkett served as the Chief Financial Officer, Vice President, Treasurer and Assistant Secretary of Aquis Communications, Inc., a publicly traded wireless messaging company, from January 1, 1999 until 2007. Prior thereto, he had been the Chief Financial Officer for NationPage, Inc., from January 1995. For more than ten years prior to his employment with NationPage, Inc., Mr. Plunkett was employed by PageAmerica Group, Inc., a publicly traded, FCC licensed facilities-based wireless provider where he served as Vice President of Finance and Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Plunkett is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
